New Look

I think that this site is now at the point of being a fully-functioning, well, website. The color palette is no longer a placeholder, and you can now subscribe to receive emails about new posts. If you get tired of me filling your inbox with the propaganda of my mind, then you can easily unsubscribe. All of the features I wanted to have on this site are now here. I finally have the foundation I wanted to leave my thoughts and creations. Now I just have to do the creating.

This all comes after enduring a semester of silly classes and silly projects; yet, without those projects I would have never experimented with Supabase, which enabled me to build the infrastructure needed to send emails. The email provider is Resend, which I had to figure out how to integrate with this project from scratch. Nevertheless, I did it, and now I have even more knowledge to utilize in any future project.

Now that my website is much more appealing and functional, I'm going to try and give it more visibility. I'll likely post on various subreddits like r/webdesign and r/react. Try to share this site with your friends if you like what you see. Hopefully, if I make enough time, I'll soon add a section for sharing some of my own creative writing. It might be standalone short stories, or an over arching series. I'm not sure yet, but it would be nice to have a community build around those stories.
